Each vial is labelled with a lot number. Enter that number in the COA library and the certificate for that exact batch is returned — testing laboratory, method, HPLC purity figure and date of analysis. Lots still at the laboratory are listed as pending rather than left out. Certificates are published whether or not you have ordered.

By the lot number. It is printed on the vial label and appears on the certificate; if the two do not match, the certificate describes different material. Enter the number in the COA library and the certificate for that exact batch is returned. Capitals, spacing and punctuation do not matter.

Yes. Under Irish and EU distance-selling law you have 14 days from the day you receive the goods to cancel, without giving a reason, and you must tell us in writing within that period. We refund within 14 days of being told, by the method you paid with. Vials that have been unsealed cannot be accepted back on hygiene grounds — that exception is set out in full in the Terms of Sale.
No. Guest checkout is available and always will be. An account is useful if you want order history or saved addresses, but nothing requires one.
Send us a photograph of the label. If the lot number is not one of ours we will tell you so plainly. We publish certificates whether or not you have ordered, precisely so that the number can be checked before money changes hands.
