Questions, answered.
How certificates work, how to pay, how orders ship, and how to return one.
What does “research use only” actually mean?
Everything sold here is supplied for in-vitro laboratory research. It is not a medicine, not a dietary supplement, and is not for human or veterinary use, ingestion or administration of any kind. You confirm this at checkout, and that confirmation is recorded against your order.
How do I check a certificate?
Every vial carries a lot number. Type it into the COA library and the certificate for that exact batch comes back — testing laboratory, method, HPLC purity figure and date of analysis. Capitals, spacing and punctuation do not matter. No account is needed, and you do not have to have ordered.
What if a compound has no purity figure?
Then its certificate has not come back from the laboratory yet, and we publish no figure for it. The product page and the catalogue card both say so rather than showing a supplier's number we have not verified.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. You place your order, we email you our account details and a payment reference, and the order ships once the funds reach our account. No card details are taken or stored at any point.
How is it packed and shipped?
Tracked dispatch in discreet outer packaging with no product markings. Orders leave within one working day of payment clearing.
Can I return an order?
You have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel without giving a reason. Unopened, seal-intact vials can be returned; opened vials and anything that has had a temperature excursion cannot be accepted, on hygiene grounds.
Send us the question — or a photograph of a vial label if a lot number is not coming up.
