Shipping and returns

What it costs, how long it takes, and how to send something back. Delivery is always shown in full at checkout before you pay, and is never added at the last step.

We dispatch from Ireland. The destinations we deliver to are the ones offered at checkout — if your country is not listed there, we cannot currently ship to it. Email orders@hplpeptides.ie and we will tell you whether that is likely to change.

We do not deliver to parcel lockers or poste restante addresses, and we cannot redirect a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier.

Orders placed before the daily cut-off are dispatched the next working day. Where you pay by bank transfer, the order is dispatched the next working day after the funds clear in our account, which usually adds one to three days.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Irish public holidays. Delivery estimates at checkout are the carrier’s, not a guarantee.

Costs are shown at checkout against each option before you choose. Tracked delivery within Ireland is 6.95 euro and express is 12.50 euro; delivery is free on orders over 150 euro. Where an order qualifies for free delivery the checkout says so rather than quietly zeroing the line.

For deliveries inside the EU there are no customs charges. If we ship outside the EU, any duty, import VAT or clearance fee is charged by the destination country and is payable by you on top of what you paid us. We cannot tell you in advance what those will be, and we cannot refund them if you refuse the parcel.

You are responsible for checking that these materials may lawfully be imported where you are before you order.

Everything goes out in a plain outer box with no product markings, no branding and nothing on the outside that describes the contents. The sender is the company name and return address, because a carrier requires one.

Vials are sealed at the point of fill and packed to survive normal handling. The lot number is printed on the vial label; check it against the certificate in the COA library.

We email a tracking number when the parcel is collected. If tracking has not updated for three working days, email orders@hplpeptides.ie with your order number and we will chase the carrier.

Tell us within a reasonable time of delivery, or of the date delivery was due, at orders@hplpeptides.ie. Photographs of the outer box and the vials help. Where a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged we replace it or refund it, and we deal with the carrier ourselves — that is not your job.

You have 14 days from receiving the goods to cancel without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send them back. The full terms, including how to tell us, are under Your right to cancel.

Sealed vials only. Once a vial has been unsealed it cannot be accepted back on health and hygiene grounds. Sealed vials can be returned as normal.

You pay the cost of returning goods you have cancelled. Where the goods are faulty, incorrect, or do not match their certificate, we pay the return cost. Email orders@hplpeptides.ie before sending anything back so we can give you the return address and note it against your order.
